The buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchased remotely (online) within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order in accordance with EU law.
Bed linen belongs to hygiene products. In the case of opening the packaging or using the product, the return may be refused in accordance with current EU legislation.
Textiles made to individual sizes or to order (personalization, embroidery, non-standard parameters) are not subject to return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Conditions for returning goods of proper quality
1.Return is possible provided that:
- the goods have not been used;
- the appearance of the goods is preserved;
- the original packaging is preserved;
- hygienic seals or protective packaging are not broken.
2.Goods of improper quality
In case of detection of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order, the buyer has the right to:
- exchange the goods,
- have the defects corrected,
- or receive a refund.
3.Return procedure
- To initiate a return, the buyer must notify the seller in writing within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
- Refunds are made after the goods are received and inspected.
4.Shipping costs
- The cost of returning goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, the cost is covered by the seller.
